Your satisfaction as a renewal member or a new member is very important for us. We also strive to provide the subscribers of Club Orca Sail Membership to a easy appointment booking to your satisfaction. We want you to be happy each and every time you visit us. However Orcasail.com has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can book services from us in confidence and cancel if there are last minute changes.
Bookings Policy:
Date changes will attract a small administration charge. If there is a complete cancellation there will be a charge, though we would like to not charge any cancellation but, you too would appreciate that a lot of efforts goes in preparing the boat for a pleasurable and memorable trip. Therefore the charges would be as follows.
Cancellations policy for Member services booked:
· Prior to 96 hrs would attract a charge of 25% of the value booked
· Prior to 72hrs would attract a charge of 50% of the value booked
· Prior to 48 hrs. would attract a charge of 75% of the value booked
· Anything after 36 hrs or no show, there will no refund of any kind.
Refunds Policy - Club Orca Sail Membership:
Club Orca Sail Membership is a non-refundable, non-transferable subscription and there will be no refunds.
Refunds Policy - Orca Store:
In the event of a product purchase, post receipt of the returns package, returns department will confirm receipt of returns pacakge on receipt, proceed to inspect it and communicate next steps. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue either a replacement or provide coupons of the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 business days of our receiving of the return package. Also we will send you a case closure email at the closure of your refund case. The refund amount would be processed back through the same mode of payment used to book the service within seven bank working days from the closure of refund case.
